MAZAZA Creative Solutions

MAZAZA was born out of a need to assist individuals, communities and companies in developing and/or enhancing simple leadership and strategy implementation skills/ techniques. We at MAZAZA aim to stimulate positive change to ensure the realisation of both personal and business aspirations for all who apply these skill or techniques.

MAZAZA was born out of a need to assist individuals, communities and companies in developing and/or enhancing simple leadership and strategy implementation skills/ techniques.

We at MAZAZA aim to stimulate positive change to ensure the realisation of both personal and business aspirations for all who apply these skill/techniques. We believe that “value creation”, cannot be a common denominator to all people, businesses and communities.

At MAZAZA we strongly believe that the success of any organisation, community and even country is stimulated by individuals. Hence, for us the starting point to effect any change would be at an individual level. It is our belief that change needs to fulfil the following criteria for it to be effective:

a) Bring about positive change from the perspective of the individual,

b) Be defined and determined by the individual.

We refer to this aspect of individual related change as “ZIPHATHE” (Self – Leadership). This concept is echoed by a number is echoed by a number of leadership Gurus. With success in attaining the state of ZIPHATHE, we see this effect progressing to other structures like friends, colleagues, family, communities, etc.) through one’s circle of influence.

We refer to this as “PHATHA” (leadership). Experiencing positivism in the self will encourage positive actions, reactions and interactions with others. The approach to attaining the state of either “ziphathe or phatha” is the same, the difference lies in the objectives that these states aim to achieve. It then stands to reason that when one understands and masters the art of “leading the self”, it becomes easier and almost effortless to lead others and stimmulate positive change in his/her circle of influence.
