MAZAZA BACKGROUND

The name MAZAZA was most appropriately given based on the concept that stems from the word “MA” translated to “mother “, the nurturing force and represents the creative energy in most languages. “ZAZA“ reflects the last and first letters of the alphabet which have been interchangeable to represent “the beginning and the end of a life cycle“.

Mazaza’s service approach is that of nurturing its clients, like a mother would, from the beginning to the end, at an individual or business cycle level.

These “Ziphathe” techniques are influenced by these areas:

  • Spiritual / subconscious state ( example; religious beliefs / practices etc.)
  • Physical / conscious state ( example; family, career etc. )

With success in attaining the state of ZIPHATHE, we see this effect progressing to other structures like friends, colleagues, family, communities, etc.) through one’s circle of influence.

 

With this understanding it was deemed important to factor these influencers in the development of our products as it touch on values that end up driving thoughts, behaviours and ultimately culture. As MAZAZA we would like to be recognised and remembered for our active participation and influence in the development of leadership skills and techniques at individual, business and community levels in the broader African continent. e at MAZAZA aim to stimulate positive change to ensure the realisation of both personal and business aspirations for all who apply these skill/techniques. We believe that “value creation”, cannot be a common denominator to all people, businesses and communities.
